Where Tended Compliance Ltd processes service-user or workforce information solely on behalf of a provider customer, that processing is governed by our customer agreement and data-processing terms, with the provider remaining responsible for its privacy information to the affected individuals. The training portal may have separate privacy information relevant to its use.
What we collect on this site
This website does not use analytics or non-essential cookies. Our website hosting and security providers may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses and request or security logs, where necessary to deliver, secure and protect the site.
Why we use it and on what basis
We generally rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries and administer relationships with provider contacts. Where an individual contracts with us personally, we may also rely on contractual necessity where processing is necessary to perform that contract or take steps they have requested before entering into it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence that doesn’t lead to an engagement is kept for 12 months, then deleted. Correspondence connected to an active or completed engagement is kept for as long as the engagement records themselves are retained, in line with the retention schedule agreed as part of that engagement.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or share your information with third parties for their own use. It may be seen by our email provider and website host as part of running this site, and by our professional advisers where necessary. We don’t use it for anything beyond responding to you and, where relevant, delivering the engagement you’ve asked about.

Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis we rely on, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct it, request deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, and receive personal information in a portable format where that right applies.
